6月12日,SNEC 2025上海光伏展進(jìn)入第二天檢測(cè)認(rèn)證 。在經(jīng)過(guò)TüV南德意志(以下簡(jiǎn)稱“TüV南德”)人工智能系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)流程嚴(yán)格審核與人工智能系統(tǒng)專業(yè)評(píng)估后,歐普泰的無(wú)人機(jī)光伏電站缺陷檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)正式榮獲TüV南德簽發(fā)的人工智能評(píng)估正向報(bào)告并在TüV南德展位舉行了頒發(fā)儀式。
這是繼歐普泰AI成果發(fā)表在國(guó)際光伏領(lǐng)域最高學(xué)術(shù)水平刊物《Progress in Photovoltaics: Research Applications》并選為封面隆重介紹、APAC CIO Outlook“2024亞太地區(qū)Ai解決方案TOP服務(wù)商”后獲得的又一重要榮譽(yù)檢測(cè)認(rèn)證 。標(biāo)志著歐普泰在光伏電站AI檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域的技術(shù)領(lǐng)先性再獲國(guó)際認(rèn)可,為全球光伏電站智能化檢測(cè)提供了創(chuàng)新解決方案。TüV南德全球數(shù)字服務(wù)線經(jīng)理Prabhu Ramkumar、歐普泰副總經(jīng)理湯雨香出席活動(dòng)。

歐普泰無(wú)人機(jī)光伏電站缺陷檢測(cè)系統(tǒng),,深度融合無(wú)人機(jī)航拍、AI圖像識(shí)別及大數(shù)據(jù)分析技術(shù),可高效識(shí)別光伏組件的隱裂、破片、熱斑、PID衰減、臟污、遮擋等典型缺陷,大幅縮短檢測(cè)時(shí)間,100MW電站識(shí)別量從1個(gè)月縮短到1天檢測(cè)認(rèn)證 。認(rèn)證結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)在光伏缺陷識(shí)別的技術(shù)安全性、算法可靠性、數(shù)據(jù)隱私保護(hù)等方面均符合國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),能夠?yàn)楣夥娬咎峁└呖尚哦鹊臋z測(cè)服務(wù)。

On June 12th, the 18th (2025) SNEC PV POWER EXPO (Shanghai) entered its second day. After undergoing strict review and professional evaluation of the Ai system design and development process by TüV SüD, Optech's drone PV power station defect inspection system officially obtained the Ai Assessment Report issued by TüVSüD and held a presentation ceremony at the TüV SüD booth. This is another important honor following the publication of Optech's AI achievements in the highest academic level journal in the international photovoltaic field, Progress in Photovoltaics: ResearchApplications, which was selected as the cover for a grand introduction, and the APAC CIO Outlook's "2024 Asia Pacific AI Solution TOP Service Provider". This marks the international recognition of Optech's technological leadership in the field of AI testing for photovoltaic power plants, providing innovative solutions for intelligent inspection of PV power stations worldwide.Prabhu Ramkumar(Global Digital Service Line Manager of TüV SüD) and Tang Yuxiang(Deputy General Manager of Optech)attended the event.

In her speech, Ms. Tang first expressed the highest respect for TüV SüD's professional rigor and industry foresight, and sincerely thanked the long-term partners who have supported Optech! Ms. Tang stated that TüV SüD, as a leading global testing and certification organization, represents the highest level of professionalism and credibility in the industry through its certification standards. This certificate is not only a full affirmation of Optech's Ai technology capabilities, but also a forward-looking endorsement of Optech's Ai empowerment for the high-quality development of the PV industry.
The Optech drone PV power station defect inspection system deeply integrates drone aerial photography, AI image recognition, and big data analysis technology, which can efficiently identify typical defects such as hidden cracks, fragments, hot spots, PID attenuation, dirt, and occlusion of PV modules, greatly reducing inspection time. The recognition capacity of 100MW power stations has been reduced from one month to one day. The certification results indicate that the system meets international standards in terms of technical security, algorithm reliability, and data privacy protection for PV defect recognition, and can provide highly reliable inspection services for PV power stations.
In the future, Optech will take this certification as a new starting point, deepen technological iteration, continue to invest in the research and development of Ai algorithms and big data platforms, and build a strong technological moat; tostrengthen global cooperation and work with international partners to jointly establish and share digital standards for green energy.
